THE WOMEN'S section of the Okehampton Royal British Legion will be holding a coffee morning at the Charter Hall on Saturday, in aid of the Poppy Appeal.

Between 9.30am and 11.45am, the doors will be open and there will also be a home-made cake stall, tombola, bric-a-brac and a draw with many prizes.

Entry will be 50p to include tea/coffee with biscuits or 20p for entry only.

The branch expressed thanks to all the people who supported its last coffee morning in July when £288 was raised.
