TAVISTOCK Town Council will soon welcome a new councillor to its team.

The vacancy for a North Ward town councillor was recently advertised and will be filled by Lesley Crawford, Labour Party, from Tavistock, who won the seat after an uncontested election.

Lesley Crawford will make her first appearance at Tavistock Town Council’s next full council meeting on November 28.
