WITH reference to the proposed parking charges at St Paul?s Church and the Leg o?Mutton in Yelverton (Times, April 27): as imposing or increasing parking charges seem to be in vogue at the moment I could not help wondering if the people who run the Maristow estate are the same as those on the West Devon Borough Council ? their policies appear to be the same.
