POLICE in Tavistock are appealing for information after two shop-lifting incidents in the town this week.
Between 2.30pm and 3pm on Monday, a man took 10 pairs of jeans from New Look in Duke Street without paying for them.
The following day at a similar time, the same man accompanied by another entered New Look and was seen stuffing six lilac and purple skirts costing £20 each into a red carrier bag.
They made off in a B-registered brown mini.
The first man is described as white, 5ft 6in tall, in his early 30s with tanned, grubby looking skin with acne scars.
He had some missing teeth and some were blackened. He was wearing a black leather biking jacket.
The other male is described as white, in his early 20s with short, dark receding hair. He was wearing a blue jacket.
