THE ladies' Turkey Trot at Yelverton Golf Club was held after a wet and windy night last Thursday.

There was a prize for everyone and the plucky players were cheered on the ninth tee with mulled wine and hot mince pies and cream.

In division one the winner was Marie Watson on countback, second was Anne Ashley and third Gilly Jarvis. Elizabeth Calder was the winner in division two on countback, second was Annie Hosken and Chris Longden in third.
