Okehampton U11s 7 Crediton U11s 7 OKEHAMPTON started well with the whole team putting in a good effort, enabling Matt Johns to make a break and score a try and then the conversion. The second half saw Crediton come back with strong play. Okehampton defended well. The game was evenly matched and eventually Crediton scored a try and conversion, ending the match in a draw. Okehampton U10s 50 Crediton U10s 20 CREDITON were two players short so the Okehampton coach agreed to lend them two reserve players who were rotated on a regular basis. Okehampton kicked off and started to dominate the play with good attacking rugby supported by good flowing movements by the back division. Okehampton soon started to mark the score card with a regular succession of tries. Crediton managed to score a couple of tries. The second half was a continuation of the scoring with both teams battling it out in the rucks and mauls for possession. Next match against Barnstaple at North Tawton on Sunday.
