PREPARE to be bowled over by the colour and scent of spring when the first of the specialist plant fairs of 2010 takes place at Tavistock Pannier Market on this Sunday.
The market will be packed with up to 30 specialist nurseries from across the South West offering many rare and unusual plants.
As well as enjoying the display and making some special purchases, there will be plenty of advice available from the experts.
The fair raises funds for the 'Plant Heritage' (formerly the NCCPG — The National Council for the Conservation of Plants and Gardens) and is open from 10am until 3pm.
There is a £1 entrance charge on the door.
Hot drinks and refreshments will be available all day.
Due to the popularity of the plant fair in Tavistock there will be a first-ever autumn show at the same venue in September.
