TAVISTOCK College has launched the College Photographic Archive — now available to the public.

Following a successful open archive day last summer, many photos brought in by former students have now been scanned, and where possible names have been added.

If you want to see who was in the domestic science class of 1945, or the boys' rugby team of 1976, it is now all available.

The college is hoping that more names can be added, to make the collection an even more accurate record of the history of the college and its place in Tavistock.

If anyone can add names, or would like to contribute to the collection contact Helen Harris or Vanessa Allen.

The archive collection can be found at tavistockcollege.devon.sch.uk/archives with a link on the website under the college tab.

l The next open archive day will be on May 1 from 11am to 1pm, in the school hall, and all are welcome to come along.
