FAMILIES are being invited to a 'Picnic in the Park' walk as part of National Family Week this Sunday (June 5).

Families with children can bring a picnic to Pork Hill Car Park — the large car park between Tavistock and Merrivale — at 11am, to join other families for a gentle walk across the Dartmoor countryside to a picnic spot with a Dartmoor National Park guide and return to the car park at 2pm.
