PACKED audiences enjoyed a brilliant original production by Phoenix Youth Theatre in Bridestowe recently, as the youngsters presented 'Oliver Goes Over the Rainbow'.

Bridestowe Village Hall was packed on both Friday February 4 and 5 for the magical performance, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

John Haley from Phoenix said: 'We had a packed hall on both nights, with record attendances. We are now having a rest for a month before we begin rehearsals again for the summer play, 'Deception in a Haunted House'.
