RAISING awareness for breast cancer saw most of the country fundraising — and Okehampton College was no exception.
Students and teachers alike were asked to don something pink on Friday, with some taking the theme to the extreme and others being more demure in their choices.
Each student was also asked to contribute a minimum of 50p, with many students choosing to donate more for such a good cause.
Other activities were also used to raise money, such as the 'breast cancer awareness' iconic pink heart being drawn on the cheek, pink nail painting and many smaller activities and events that helped raise money for such a worthy cause.
Okehampton College reacted with great enthusiasm and responded to the day with positivity and a keenness to support the college in any way they could.
