FOUR members of Parklands Leisure Centre raised £100 for the British Heart Foundation throughout February with a cycle challenge.
Alun Williams, Charlotte Radnor, James Myerscough and Rebecca Maltby successfully cycled 29 kilometres in 29 days to support the charity through National Heart Month.
Jon Smith, contract manager at Parklands Leisure Centre, said: 'The cycle challenge was a great success and we are really proud of the members for the amount of effort they put in to raise as much money as possible.'
The British Heart Foundation aims to prevent people dying from heart diseases, researching new treatments and cures. The money raised from the cycle challenge will help the charity continue to carry out its work.
