AT a recent meeting of the Lions Club of Tavistock, Alan Wroath handed over the chain of office to the incoming president Pat Macauley.

Alan wished her well for her year and thanked the club for its wholehearted support while he was in the chair. 

Other club officers are Janet Nowell — secretary, Chris Northey — treasurer, Alan Wroath — activities chair, Paul Blowey — community services chair, Lyn Roberts — membership secretary, Paul Congo — health and safety officer, John Noblet — social secretary, Tony Welsh — minute secretary and Steve Grummitt — press officer.
