A BRITISH Paralympic gold medallist will be running from Lewdown to Liskeard tomorrow (Friday).

Local residents will be able to support and cheer on double leg amputee Richard Whitehead as he runs through the area as part of his John O'Groats to Land's End challenge.

Former Tavistock resident Adam Holland, now living in Newark, has been training with Richard prior to the run.
