THE second annual art exhibition and sale of paintings by ten West Country artists will be held at the Bedford Hotel, beginning tomorrow, Friday, afternoon November 16 and then showing every day from 11am-4pm until the following Friday November 23 inclusive.

The works include watercolours of Dartmoor by Brian Bird and original drawings from old masters and animal studies in graphite by Patrick King.

There are birds and animals in watercolour by Barbara Pomeroy Mathews and flower paintings also in watercolour by Betty Jarvis. Various landscapes and seascapes are by Sally Beck, Anthony Race, Pearl Doherty and Anne Briggs.

The exhibition also features figurative and abstract painting by Christine Reynolds and figures in landscape, courtyard scenes and still life in watercolour by Pat Bates.
