A TAVISTOCK toddler, who managed to jam his fingers into a door at his home on the Monksmead estate, was rescued by the town's fire crew on Monday afternoon.
The firemen took a minute to remove the door from its hinges to release the two-year-old's four fingers.
'He was crying and in some pain and was very pleased to see us,' said sub-officer Tim Smith.
