Callington 15 Lankelly Fowey 22 THE game got under way with both packs using their strengths but it was a try from Lankelly Fowey that opened the score line. They soon got a second which was successfully converted. Callington however pulled back with a try from Rob Congdon on the wing when the ball was played down the back line. He kicked it in an attempt to chip it over his opposite man who fumbled it in the air, straight back in to Congdon?s hands where he went on to score. This however was not converted. Callington also had two tries held up which would have seen them take a lead at this point. In the second half Lankelly Fowey scored two more tries, neither of which were converted. Callington followed suit with two of their own tries, one from skipper Chris Rowse and the other from second row Alan Ede. Again neither were converted.
