BERE Alston's new youth base is finally open for business!

After years of making do with a cramped and damp cabin the young people finally have a 'fit for purpose' building.

'The Hut' was officially opened on Monday and youth and community development worker for the village Jen Potts is seen here cutting the cut with young people and supporters looking on.

The project is something the community has been working on for several years.
