THIS year's Tavy 7 will be held at noon on November 11 and is sponsored by Mansbridge and Balment estate agents.
The course covers seven relatively flat miles of moorland roads. There will also be a fun run of approximately 1.5 miles which starts at 12.05pm.
The race starts at Middlemoor just above Whitchurch Cricket Club. The event is popular with local runners. Last year it attracted more than 300 competitors for the main race and the popularity of recent running events suggests a record turnout can be expected for this year's event.

You can also register for the race on the day at Whitchurch Cricket Club. Refreshments, changing and toilet facilities will be available at the club.
All proceeds of the event go to Tavistock Athletics Club and are used to provide facilities and promote athletics for young and old in the area.
