WEST Devon runners are invited to take part in the Treggy 7 on Sunday, September 4 the Treggy 7, starting at 10.30am.

The run, organised by Launceston Road Runners, starts in Launceston town square and finishes in the castle grounds — a seven mile road race suitable for all abilities.
