RE MERRYMEET Junction, Whiddon Down: Is it any wonder that our taxes are going up? Eleven million pounds to do what? Reduce journey times by under a minute once or twice a year. As for reducing accidents, what was all the resurfacing, re-aligning and relighting about, less than two years ago? It doesn?t matter where the money is coming from, Exeter, London or Brussels.
