TWO Bere Alston Trekkers, Dave and Pam Adams travelled to Scotland to participate in the Edinburgh marathon last week.

The second biggest marathon in Great Britain (after London) is famed for being a 'fast' course. In windy conditions Dave achieved a personal best of 3hrs 28mins 26secs, while Pam was just outside her PB in 4.21.44.
