A MAN arrested on suspicion of fraud after 120 Tavistock College pupils had their skiing trip cancelled will have no further legal action taken against him.
Last July, Chris Reynard, who ran the East Devon-based travel company Skiing Europe, was arrested after allegations over a number of trips involving schools across the country.
Problems first arose in February last year when a trip for students from Tavistock College was cancelled at the eleventh hour over concerns about hotel accommodation.
A further ten schools are thought to have followed suit, voicing similar concerns, leaving hundreds of pupils disappointed.
A police spokesman said there was not sufficient evidence to support a prosecution.
