AN amazing game saw Thistles playing with only nine men due mainly to illness.
Making up the team were Jonathan Smith, Patrick Warlow, Matt Roberts, Robert Leeson and, playing his debut and his first time in goal for Thistles, Marc Smerdon. Goalscorers were Luke Stephenson, Sean Cleave, Martin Perkins and Tom Reed.
Thistles led throughout, covering all areas and positions. It was an unfortunate decision by the referee to award a penalty in the dying minutes which allowed Morley to equalise.
