TAVISTOCK Library has introduced an exciting new project especially for students.

The ?Student Room? aims to provide a helpful, friendly atmosphere in which students can work and unwind.

They can access the internet on library computers and staff will be on hand to help with homework questions.

Students will also be able to browse through books, videos and DVDs.

Chief librarian Moira Andrews said: ?We are hoping to encourage teenagers to use the Student Room as a place to relax, choose books, listen to CDs and use the computers.?

The Student Room is open every Tuesday between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
