NEW staff joining Kelly College this term, including new headmaster Dr Graham Hawley, started their experience at Kelly College in a unique way at the school's Adventure Centre.
The new staff were put through a team development course by the team of highly qualified instructors.
They took part in activities including the high ropes course, trapeze, the weir experience, problem solving and completed the course with a full challenge event on Dartmoor culminating in a barbecue at the Adventure Centres' bunkhouse on Dartmoor.
Teacher Rachel Driver said: 'This is a fantastic way to get to know your colleagues in a different environment, it was great to see the new staff working together within such a short time and having so much fun.'
The Adventure Centre has become the leading development training centre in the South West and has been named as one of the top ten centres in the country.
