THE Lambs travelled to Bodieve Park last Tuesday and turned in another fine display, coming away worthy winners. With Sullivan and Blatchford not available due to work commitments new signing Tom Moody taking his place as one of the substitutes.
It was a special night for Dan Pethick who scored a hat-trick in the first 15 minutes of the second period. All three goals were great strikes by the youngster who is gaining in confidence game by game. The Wadebridge keeper was well beaten as all the shots thundered into the back of his net.
In the first half Paul Smith opened the scoring in the 9th minute with a really powerful shot from 30 yards. Mark Conday then increased the Lambs lead, mid-way through the half, to give the visitors a two goal lead at half time.
Another good all round team performance, with new signing Tom Moody looking a good addition to the squad, when he came on after the interval.
