Tavistock Air Cadets have a new squadron chaplain, the Rev Laurie Scott. He was invested by the Rev Brian Anderson Plymouth and Cornwall Wing Chaplain, at a ceremony at Crelake Barracks recently. Squadron CO Phil Newcombe presented Laurie with his badge of office. Laurie is no stranger to the Air Cadets, having served as the CO of No. 462 (Southway) Squadron and twice, as a squadron officer, at Tavistock. The ceremony complete, Laurie carried out his first official duty, enrolling three new cadets. He is shown receiving his certificate of appointment from Mr Anderson.
