TAVISTOCK Chamber of Commerce members are being encouraged to attend the annual meeting next Monday (February 6) where a new chairperson will be decided.

All committee posts have been open for nominations: they are chairperson, vice chairperson, chamber secretary, lobbying secretary, membership secretary, social media secretary and treasurer.

The slogan for the chamber is ‘Driven by its members, for its members’ so all businesses are being urged to have their say at the meeting.

The aim this year is to make the chamber a stronger voice in the community.

The meeting will take place in the Bedford Hotel at 6pm but a networking session will take place from 5.30pm.
