STAFF members from Tavistock's Mansbridge Balment competed in this year's Tour de Moor to raise nearly £1,000 for St Luke's Hospice. Richard Guilor and Rachel Anderson-Stacey (pictured right) competed in the 35-mile event that took them across the challenging terrain of Dartmoor to smash their ride times from last year — Richard by seven minutes and Rachel by 52 minutes.
