MEMBERS of Tavistock and Okehampton young farmers' clubs have scooped national honours at a recent farming event.

Lucy Toop and James Heard from Tavistock and Okehampton young farmers' clubs represented the Devon County Federation at the recent English Winter Fair at Stafford. 

Lucy won the individual lamb stockjuding competition with an outstanding score of 97/100.

And together Lucy and James won the pairs competition, making them national champions.
