A SPECIAL concert will be held in Tavistock this weekend, to raise money for St Eustachius Church.

Anna Loveday (née Reynolds) has performed a number of times in Tavistock but on Saturday, she will be appearing in a double bill.

Anna will be singing in Tavistock Parish Church with her step-sister Janet Distin. They will perform a number of popular operatic arias, together with well known musical theatre numbers and will be accompanied by pianist Robert Young.

The concert, at 7.30pm, is being organised by The Friends of St Eustachius' and proceeds will be used to help maintain the beautiful parish church.

The Friends hope that as many people as possible are able to listen to these top class musicians and the tickets are priced at £7.50 with free entry for children. They will also be available on the door or from Joan Torvell and Ray Hurle in church on Sundays.
