THERE?s an opportunity to enjoy some live music in Tavistock next week ? and raise money for a good cause at the same time. Justine Squire, 21, has recently returned from Nepal, where she has been doing voluntary work in orphanages. Her incredible experiences will be the subject of an article in the forthcoming issue of the Times supplement, the West Devon Diary, but she is holding a special ?music and cake? evening in Tavistock to raise further funds for three poverty-stricken orphanages with which she is still in close contact. The Live Acoustic Music evening will be held in Tavistock Parish Church Centre in Plymouth Road on Friday September 23, 7.30pm until 11pm. Everyone is welcome to come along ? bring a bottle.
