AFTER a poor start at the Sherborne Rugby Sevens, the Mount House First VII recovered their composure to win the Plate competition.

Losses against Sherborne and Taunton and a draw against Hazelgrove put them into the Plate competition.

In their Plate semi-final they produced a 19-0 win over All Hallows.

In the Plate final, Mount House took on Sherborne and this time tries by George Lundy, Henry Lopes and Harry Sharp brought a fine victory by 17-5.
