A PARTNERSHIP of local sports organisations is currently working on plans to re-establish the once highly popular Tavistock Netball League.
West Devon Council, TACRA and the Active Devon Sports Partnership are working with enthusiastic individuals to ensure the league is launched later this year and attracts more teams than ever before.
The partners have arranged a public meeting on Wednesday August 13, to be held at the Ordulph Arms, Tavistock from 6.30pm onwards.
It is open to anyone with an interest in supporting or playing in the league.
It is envisaged the league would be played on Sunday mornings at the TACRA facilities at Tavistock College from September onwards and that it would be open to ?Youth Teams? if there is enough interest.
