A FARM in Postbridge will be opening its gates on Sunday, June 1 as part of a nationwide event. Pizwell Farm is taking part in Open Farm Sunday, which allows the local public to visit and experience what life is like on a farm. Visitors will have the opportunity to view the old farm buildings and see how farming has changed over the years. They can also meet the animals — cows, sheep, Dartmoor ponies, chickens and even alpacas — visiting from a neighbouring farm. The event is free but booking is advised — call 01822 880223.
