MORE than 80 varieties of wild flowers were discovered when members of the Tavy District U3A took part in a wild flower walk in Bere Ferrers recently.
The walk, in the area between the quay and Gnatham, was led by Roger Hutchins of Tavistock and covered approximately half-a-mile. The number of varieties found was considered to bode well for the future.
