KEEN young performers are being invited to spend a week with like minded youngsters creating a new show.

TC2 (Tavistock Children's Theatre Group) is hosting a 'Show in a Week' for children aged 6 to 11.

The youngsters will spend a week with practitioners from TC2 at Tavistock Wharf, devising their own show to be performed with lights, costumes, props and music at the end of the week.

No previous experience is necessary but the week will appeal to young people who like singing, dancing and acting. Participants will also learn to make props and create the set.

The 'Show in a Week' takes place from Monday, July 30 to Sunday, August 5. Timings will be from 10am to 1pm on Monday to Thursday and Saturday, and on Friday will be 10am to 4pm. The performance will be on Sunday at 5pm.
