Pupils, parents and staff at St Joseph's School in Launceston were celebrated a 100% five A-C pass rate in the GCSE results.
Fifty-three per cent of the results were A* and A grades— the national average for 2012 is 29.7%
Sue Rowe, headteacher of the school, which has pupils from the Tavistock area, said: 'I congratulate all of our 2012 GCSE candidates.
'For a non-selective school these results are truly magnificent.'
The top performers included Laura Champ, with eight A*s and two As; Harriet Dawson seven A*s and three As; Connie Whittick and Florence Pillman who both gained five A*s and five As; and Sophie Clare, Naomi Gillies, Hannah Routly and Amy Meeson who all received four A*s and a number of A grades.
