HAVING, in the past, done my fair share of moaning about the sad state of the lovely old Simmons Park, I feel I must say how pleased I was ? with the kind permission of the mayor, Christine Marsh, my son was allowed to drive me slowly and quietly through that lovely old gift to the town.
If any of you haven?t visited the park since its recent uplift, then do make the effort to go and see the good work that has been done.
