A SELECTION of prestigious vehicles will be on display at the 25th Tavistock Steam and Vintage Fair this Sunday.

Local industrial heritage charity The Robey Trust, organisers of the 2015 Tavistock Steam and Vintage Fair, will be bringing a strong general transport theme to this year's event, with some prestigious vehicles invited to attend, including a selection of Porsches, Jaguars and Bentleys.

The Tamar Historic Transport Club will be in attendance with some cars that have not previously been seen by the general public since restoration.

As usual, there will also be popular rides around the town behind steam engines and vintage tractors, period military displays, motorcycles, fairground rides and local traders.

The Robey Trust, located in Tavistock, has the largest collection of Robey engines and artefacts in the world — up to six Robey engines are currently steamable and can be seen on Sunday together with some guest engines.

Tavistock Steam and Vintage Fair 2015 takes place from 10am to 5pm at Bedford and Wharf car parks.
