A LOST and lonely ?bunny? was this week handed in to the Times office, after being found by a golfer on Whitchurch Down.
Jerry Harden, of Tavistock, was practising golf when he found the toy bunny, which is about nine inches high and beige and cream in colour.
He also handed in a slightly strange find ? a white Yasuda golf bag containing golf clubs ? all snapped in half!
?I don?t know if they are connected!? said Jerry. ?They were scattered around within about three yards of each other. I?m a golfer myself and I?ve felt like doing that in the past!
?The little bunny is quite worn, it looks as if it is well-loved, so I could just imagine some little one wanting his rabbit back.?
Anyone who has lost a small cuddly rabbit or who would like to be reunited with their golf bag should call in to the Times office.
