CAN anyone from the town council explain why for the last two months a storage container, a skip and portaloo have been at the upper end of Abbey Car Park which has been ring-fenced off? They have been on the three fee paying spaces for what will soon be approaching £400 of income and aside from the lack of any person whatsoever, I notice now that someone has taken advantage of the skip and placed a fridge in it.
