I HAVE just been driven through that part of Roborough Down which is en-route from Buckland Monachorum to the hospital at Derriford. I was shocked at the amount of litter all along the roadside and dumped on the moor. I'm almost certain I spotted a decomposing sheep carcase as well.

I have lived here for over 30 years and I have never seen it looking so bad.

May I ask if anyone out there knows who is responsible for clearing the rubbish in this area?
