Okehampton Argyle U12s 7 Northam Lions 3 OKEHAMPTON started strong and attacked from the start, however against the run of play Northam broke free and just hit the post. Okehampton rallied and from an excellent pass to Harry Smith by Bradley Ausden Harry beat the keeper to score. Northam continued the pressure and were soon rewarded with an equaliser; almost immediately they broke again and Okehampton?s Haydn Bond believing the ball to be going wide, could only watch the ball in the back of the net. Okehampton broke away again and in the goalmouth scramble Tom Jeens scored. The second half saw Okehampton come out fighting and some good moves from Bradley, Andrew and Luke saw Luke scoring Okehampton?s third goal quickly followed by a strike from Luke which the goalkeeper turned into his own net. Northam attacked again and were rewarded with their third. Okehampton refused to be beaten and some lovely play from Corey Burns, Matthew Doidge and Bradley Ausden saw Okehampton score three more goals in quick succession. An excellent win for Okehampton.
