WEST Devon Borough Council is calling on all sports clubs, youth groups and play organisations to get in contact to update the database on the council's website.
Details of the clubs will be published on the website and is used to keep organisers and public informed of local events, opportunities and possible funding.
If you are a sports coach or fitness instructor, your details can be added to the database which will give clubs and organisations in the borough the chance to contact you in the event of vacancies.
By applying to the database, clubs will also receive a regular newsletter.
