OKEHAMPTON Ladies golf section results: Chris Stevens, Mary Keir, Lorna Rolfe(Ladies Captain) Rachael Spry, and Lyn Hazelton won the trophy for the DCLGA County Autumn Foursomes on August 26 at Okehampton Golf Course. The Ladies Championship featured this week with a wonderful day of golf. The gross champion over 36 holes was Marcia Holwill with Rachel Spry the net champion, the 18 hole competition was won by Marcia Jones with a net 68 with runner up Janet Hatch with 69. The Shelagh Creasey team will play Tiverton tomorrow in the semi-finals and if successful the finals later in the day.
