FUN for all the family is guaranteed at the Hatherleigh Rotary and Cricket Club fun day, being held in the town this Sunday.

A host of activities will be on offer, starting with the dog show at 1pm. At 2pm, the remainder of the programme will begin, with children?s races, a welly throwing competition, beat the goalie competition, tombolas for adults and little ones, a coconut shy, tug of war, horse racing and lots of stalls, including jumble, cakes and books.

Refreshments will be provided in the form of ice cream and a barbecue and then at 5pm, the ?It?s a knockout? competition begins.

All proceeds from the fun day at Hatherleigh Cricket Cub will be donated to the Chestnut Appeal, Children?s Hospice South West, other Rotary Club charities and cricket club funds.
