HURDWICK Golf Club held their July medal in ideal weather last Sunday.
The helpful conditions resulted in excellent scoring, with Arthur Wilson winning the tankard with a net 63 followed by Sam Martyn with a net 64 and Alana Wardle taking the ladies' goblet with an exceptional net 58.
The only two of the day was achieved by Tim Hawkins who won the ball sweep.

l An error in production meant part of last week's report of the activities of Hurdwick Golf Club were omitted.
The report should have included the fact that the ladies' crystal vase was won by Elizabeth Raikes with a net 148.
