SPECIAL Constable Vicky Smith of Horrabridge was recently sworn-in at Police Headquarters at Middlemoor in Exeter and will join the team of volunteer special constables in Tavistock and West Devon. She was welcomed by Special Constabulary assistant chief officer Simon Dell MBE, former community constable for Tavistock who is now also serving as a volunteer with the Special Constabulary.
